Our State of Jefferson adventure region has a great supply of MOM & POP eateries. All you gotta do is get out there and search around for tiny little hole-in-the-wall joints that you haven’t heard of before. If you find yourself cruising by a food place that has a lot of “local” cars parked out front, you are usually in for a treat!
